Posted - 11/07/2005 : 15:26:07 To celebrate the brief return of forum members Barrel Smuggler and Chowie to Bristle from the US of A, Summer, cider, anything else anyone can think of, it has been decided that a cider crawl should take place in Bristol on 22nd July. We will be starting at the King William on King Street for food at around 1pm and the details of the onward route will be posted here once it has been decided.
Naturally, all cider drinkers (London based, Sheffield based, internationally based but no welsh) are welcome and any suggestions about possible venues would be good.
Be there or be gay

Posted - 01/08/2005 : 09:23:36 I wish it was all a bad dream. Is your mate speaking to you again? It was a day of lost friendships, phones, wallets, brain-cells and lots of pride!

Impossible to review it as i remember very little.

Posted - 15/07/2005 : 11:49:25 Here is a quick idea I came up with for a route, it includes some sunny afternoon pubs, THREE ferry rides, a possible 12 different ciders, Wetherspoons, food-refuelling stops, suitable meeting place for the after-work-joiners and at least one potential fight stop:
12:45 King William 13:50 Ferry from Centre to… 14:10 Nova Scotia 15:00 Avon Packet 15:40 Coronation 16:20 Orchard 17:00 Ferry from SS Great Britain to… 17:10 The River 17:50 Ferry from Centre to… 18:05 The Mardyke 18:45 Hope & Anchor 19:30 Her Manos (on triangle) 20:15 Berkeley 21:00 Bunch of Grapes 21:45 Commercial Rooms 22:30 Horts 23:00 Arc Bar
What do you reckon?
