I got an e-mail yesterday from England Fans saying that they didn't have enough information to complete my application. After getting no reply from the e-mail I sent back I rang them today to hear "You didn't supply us with a valid e-mail address" Me - "So you sent me an e-mail to tell me?!". England Fans - "I'm sorry sir, can I take another e-mail address that's valid?" Me - "It is valid, how do you think I read the e-mail!"

Fortunately the situation was resolved and I am now a fully fledged member but let's hope it's not a sign of things to come!
