Happy Birthday to our youngest member of staff, YTS Trainee Ben (or "Adge" to his friends), who is 1 today. Ben has shown a great interest in cider production from an early age, and took a central role in cider-making weekend, doing more work than several Directors despite not being allowed out of the lounge! His main roles were motivational ones, encouraging us to struggle on with the cider-making through tough times by shouting at us, dancing, banging on the window and waving a bottle of apple-juice - in the knowledge that in only 17 years he will be able to try some! Have a good one...

Also, in 17 yrs he will be big enough to give me the beating he keeps threatening.

I Think 4 years is being a bit harsh on..... on Ben.
I'm sure he could give Boxhall the Ass-kicking, he probably deserves, right now!!!
