city provided the same crap we are getting used to.

Phillips- once again showed his lack of comand around the box, always in trouble at set pieces but had a couple of fine saves. 6

Carey - looked tired once again, didn't do much. 5

Coles - Defended well made a couple of outstandind tackles, distribution of the ball was terrible at fault for second goal.5

Buttler - Cant really think of anything he did apart from go up front last 30 seconds. 5

Hill - Attacking wise was terrible always giving the ball away, but looked alright when defending. 5

Murray - first touch was not working yesterday, always had two men on him, rest of the team did not help one bit. 6

Tommy - won tackle after tackle, looked strong and wanted to play. captained the side well. 6

Wilkshire - Dont know what he has to do to stay on the pitch, won tackles high up the field, chassed everything and seemed to be the one creating anything. starting to look the part. 7

Tin man - He is not a left sided player, kept coming in the middle which left all the play on the right hand side, didn't help the team at all, looked better when he was moved towards the centre but didn't create anything, starting to look tired. 5

peacock - dont think he was fully fit, ran his socks of all afternoon which he needed to. only one chance in the game which he took in the last minute. 7

rougier - hope that was not the real tony, god didn't help him, first touch was terrible and didn't like heading the ball. failed to help peacock at all but did look the part when he was out wide taking people on and crossing the ball, could be the left sided answer. 4

SUBS
roberts - showed he wanted it, made city look better.6
woodman - didn't change anything, needs a chance, 5

wilson - i will never understand him or hids tactics, lita looks best at the moment coming of the bench but was not in the squad. needs to sort his team out, and stop changing the team around so much. 4

we are in serious trouble at the moment, might struggle to stay in playoffs.

I can't believe how a team thats just had a 11 match winning run can suddenly look so lacking in confidence and clueless. With Tinman, Wilkshire, Murray and Doc we must have the most creative midfield in this Division but couldn't create a decent chance until 15 mins left yesterday - this wasn't help by a couple of defenders just lobbing the ball anywhere everytime they got the ball.

Tinnion virtually said himself this week that he can't do a job wide on the left, but Wilson still starts him there. Right from the start he drifts in the centre meaning we have no options on the left, the right side of the pitch becomes packed so Murray has no space to operate in and 2 players on him everytime he gets the ball. It takes Wilson 55 minutes to do anything about this - and then he brings on Craig Woodman to play wide on the left (a very good left-back but offers us nothing going forward), rather than the left-winger we've just paid 100k for!

Peacock worked hard all game and you couldn't fault his effort. But he has been injured and hardly trained this week, plus he's looked tired lately and this tap-in today was his first goal in 10 games i think. It takes the p!ss why he was selected in front of Lee Miller who has been one of our best players lately, looking sharper with every game, plus he is fully fit. Lita - a player who we know can change a game with 10 minutes to go, and get us a goal (he scored a last minute winner at this ground last season) wasn't even in the squad. We really could have done with him with 20 minutes to go yesterday.

It would be harsh to critise Rougier after only 55 minutes playing in a team he only meet less than 2 days before, but he did little to impress. poor touch, couldn't win a header, and kept falling over. He looked much better when he went out wide, took on players, and put in some good crosses. This is where he played against us a few months ago and looked lethal, so i'd give him a chance out on the left in the next game. He's gotta have more defensive qualities than Goodfellow, and then we have Goodfellow on the bench to come on if Murray or Rougier are having quiet games. Also impressed me with his strange fist shaking and nodding at the crowd before kick-off, proved some much needed comedy value!

Team for QPR:

Phillips
Carey/Butler/Coles/Woodman
Murray/Wilkshire/Doc/Rougier
Miller/Peacock

Subs: Tinnion/Lita/Hill/Roberts/Goodfellow
