Hello fellas,
Gents I can leave your ticket with Holman. I take it you guys are coming along together? If not I can meet you outside the Fiddlers beforehand. Rich I will send you your ticket this evening in the post.
Anyone else fancy a night of rock?

I'm driving as I have no money and want to revise all day Sunday, pretty difficult with a hangover as I discovered this weekend.
Gav, are you posting it to my Nailsea house or Bristol house?
Nice One

Are we gonna meet somewhere before at about 7.00 then? Or just meet in there? Any suggestions of a meeting place?

Meet in there seems best as treehouse are on first at 8 so no time really for drinks before.

surely all will agree that it was an impressive performance by the treehouse boys, particularly the favourites which were 'I LOST MY HEAD IN SAN DIEGO' and 'PIXIE', also Mr benjamin Murray would like to add he was blown away by the final song which was an un-known title and a flawless show by the nailsea trio!!!!
Well done boys, nailsea are proud of you, best of luck for the nest round!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree, great set by treehouse. What did everyone else think of the rest of them?? Here are my opinions......
20:00 TREEHOUSE Alt Rock
Great set, no criticisms. You were also the only guys who looked themselves and not acting like Jon Bon Jovi etc. Especially liked Pixie and the last one. Also think you were slightly better than last time.
It does annoy me within a month of playing gigs you have surpased what Mt Ararat acheived in two years!
20:30 CAFFEINE KILL Ind Rock
Musician's union says keep music live! Kick these guys out. Played to a backing track with annoying lyrics repeated over and over. Still have the song 'lets stay in and watch TV' etched in my brain.
21:00 FINGERCUFFS Rock
Quite an odd looking band. Not a bad start but slightly deteriated as the set went on. Not sure who taught their guitarist to play but his solos were awful. Something odd about the tw@t bass player talking between songs too.......
21:30 STONE FROM DELPHI Alt Rock
Thought these guys were really good. Started with a great song and looked the part. Then went all radiohead and lost a lot of my attention. Still 2nd best set by a mile.
22:00 VANADIUM Metal
Could all play their instruments (well), just struggled to play them together. Wasn't helped by crappy sound levels.
22:30 INCHES FROM DROWNING
Unfortunately I missed this band, anyone else see them?

Great performance by Treehouse, especially considering it was their second gig (I think?). Did they win then? If i was there for the results i cant remember them, or much about the bands after Caffine Kill either.
