The last known whereabouts of the former City & Sunderland midfielder were that he was in charge of the Radio 1 Glastonbury coverage, using cider as a recruiting tool to persuade people to steal eggs from backstage on his behalf.
However, those of you watching HTV soccer night last night will know that he is now the manager of Bath City, facing Barnet in the 1st round of the cup tomorrow.
Also, is it just me or did anyone else think everyone on that programme was pissed? I thought it during the intro, then they showed them sat in the studio and they all had pints. And then when they came back from each commercial break they had fresh pints! I couldn't work out who seemed more pissed out of Pitman and Osman, I think Osman in the end when he was saying he thought Bath would stuff Barnet, although he seemed to be struggling to speak!
Talking of comedy pundits, Bobby Gould was on BBC Wales last night saying he thought Phillipe Troussier would be a good choice of Wales manager, but he'd probably turn them down in favour of Ghana! Haha know your place boyos!
Cider's coming home...

ive never seen that programme but from what i hear it sounds like they were pissed when they devised it.
they might have mentioned too that ex-City striker Scott Partridge plays for Bath and has been doing well lately, winning the award for best player in QF Round 3 (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/fa_cup/3952803.stm) and he also scored the winner when Bath best Barnet at the weekend! Osman was right!
This has reminded me of the legendary "Bloody Owers" cocktail which was often drank for good luck before games during our promotion season 97/98. Maybe they should be resurrected for Bloody Sunday.

- Osman walked straight into me in NatWest today, and he seemed a bit drunk, i reckon he's an alcoholic (well, he's probably not but we haven't started an unfounded rumour on here for ages). A fat bloke was talking to him about snakes, and he seemed pissed too.
I saw that programme the other day and Osman also appeared to be hammered on it. John Ward was also on it, but he seemed very sober in comparison.
